Suggest Remedy For Anxiety And Heart Issues

However i have lost weight, not good as i have scarcly ever weighed more than 90 something pounds. Now i am down to 81 pounds.
I didnt think much about it until i drink one glass of wine and i felt lightheaded and groggy.
I've been to the doctor in november, had all my blood work done, all the standard i guess. And nothing came back abnormal. But i guess my main concern now is that i could have some sort of leukemia or something,as im vary tired, weak feeling, and too thin. I also get these little nodule things under my left arm pit, although it has been checked by an specialist in january of last year.the single nodule seems to com and go at diffrent times, like it gets sore during my monthly cycle. However in the last few days i have also noticed a line of sensitive bumps along the inside of my left thigh, starting big than going smaller as it gets closer to my crotch area.
Im 21 years old, female, dont have a history with cancer, been to the doctor and had the normal exam and normal test done but am still scared that i have developed some deadly illness in four months, is there a chance that i could have leukemia?
do not worry about leukemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your details thoroughly and understand your concerns.
You feel very tired, weak and thin. You are worried that you might have leukemia.
Since you have undergone all the blood tests, I think you should not worry about having leukemia.
Leukemia has a whole group of symptoms ranging from:
fatigue, malaise, weight loss to shortness of breath, palpitations, frequent bleeding, infections and bone pain.
Leukemia can easily be diagnosed based on blood examinations. If you still want to be sure, a bone marrow biopsy can be confirmatory. But as you have been examined by a specialist, I would suggest you to trust your doctors.
Little nodules under your left arm might be due to simple infection and sensitive bumps inside your left thigh could due to some allergy.
In my opinion, the more you will worry about this, the more fatigued and tired you will feel.
I would suggest you to practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. This will keep your mind relaxed. If you still feel anxious, anti-anxiety drugs like xanax or klonopin (prescription drugs) will help you.
Hope this lessens your anxiety.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
