Suggest Remedy For Burning Pain In The Chest And Sternum Area

Question: Starting apprx three months ago it started with a burning pain on right side of chest and pain with pressure on sternum. Unable to sleep on either side of body without a lot of pain. Pain then begin to include neck - which I can hardly turn left or right, shoulders upper back - then ribs in back - then lower back and hips and backs of legs and knees. Arms - wrist all okay. Fatigue. Some inability to concentrate. Intermittent nausea and today to include direahea. ALT, AST, AkPhspht, high. High C reactive protein and also I think Sed? Inflamation markers are high though not through the roof. X rays show no fracture but a grade 1 separation at shoulder and collar bone - CT scan showed a few small nodules in right lung - I have had four blood test over 5 weeks with those ALT etc. creeping up. Negative for RA. Negative for Lyme. Rhumatoid dr is next. Also too painful to pull a shirt off over my head collar bone/chest area pain
Brief Answer:
PET scan
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since you are having pain in chest, back, hips, knees and back of legs and CT scan is showing few small nodules in right lung and also as your liver function tests are high with nausea and diarrhea and also as you are negative for lymes disease and rheumatoid arthritis i would advise you to do a PET scan to rule out any malignant cause causing this pain
For controling the pain you can apply buprenorphine 5 mg transdermal patch locally
You can apply it just below your collar bone
You will need a doctors prescription for it
