Brief Answer:
It is all normal and needs no further medical interventon!!!

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Reason for the issues you always get after a long flight:-
You are not alone who gets these issues after the flight. It is very prevalent and mostly people get this issue after the flight.
Our throat is attached to the inner ear through the Eustachian tube opening that is meant for maintaining the atmospheric pressure inside the ear and the around the balance organs so that there is no imbalance of the body. The hearing also works fine with this patent connection between throat and the ears.

When the air plane changes the height at a very fast pace, there is blockage of the Eustachian tubes and it causes the issues of deranged hearing, problems with balance and feeling of stuffiness of nose and eyes, and some other symptoms.

Suggestion:-
Keep chewing a sugar free bubble gum during take off and landing of the aeroplane. Take plenty of water after the journey. Three days before the day of journey start sleeping late at night and it will help make the effects of jet-lag less than usual. XXXXXXX Warm water gargles with a little salt in it are effective.
Claritin+Tylenol is needed if you feel cough, stuffy nose and tiredness.

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time. If satisfied here, please give a generous five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up after sometime regarding the treatment efficacy and to see any need to change the treatment options is very necessary. Keep a follow up some days after this visit session ends.

Regards!
