Normal range of bp,no need to worries...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns.
1. I was going through your blood pressure (bp) reading and in all cases (including the last 3 days), I find them within normal range.
Please take note that bp do fluctuate depending on various factors:
- medications you take
- your emotional status
- physical activity, etc.
2. Your readings of 115 and 120 are within normal range the same as 117 to 127 levels.
The last numbers (diastolic) bp fall within normal range (81 to 86).
Although you are having allergy and taking allergy medications, your bp falls still within normal range.
3. I advise to:
- try not to stress yourself unnecessarily
- continue measuring your bp on weekly basis and record the results
- if you notice anything unusual, please report it to your doctor immediately
- continue regular follow ups with your doctor (with echocardiogram and holter monitoring).
Hope it was of help!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
You are having recently isolated diastolic high BP values and these findings are common in prehypertensive patients. To have one or two high readings isn't enough to say that you are suffering from hypertension. If these BP values will persist (between 90-110 mmhg), than you will be diagnosed with first stage isolated diastolic hypertension.
For the moment you don't need to worry about. The only measures that are recommended for prehypertensive patients (especially for isolated diastolic high BP readings) are as follows:
- Reduce salt intake
- Reduce alcohol intake to a drink per day
- Increase physical activity
- Loose weight
- Eat a healthy balanced diet reach in fresh fruits and vegetables, poor in fatty animals (meat, diary etc.) products.
- Avoid unnecessary stress.
For the moment you don't need to take any treatment for those high BP readings.
Wish you health!
