Brief Answer:
Suggestive of fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
I can understand your concern.
The symptoms described in your query are suggestive of fungal infection of the skin in the groin area.
Had I been your treating doctor I would have advised you:
1. To use Clotrimazole or Terbinafine containing creams on the affected area twice daily for 1-2 weeks.
Nadimix cream contains a combination of antibiotic, antifungal and corticosteroid which is mainly used to treat mixed infection caused by bacteria, fungus with inflammation (redness, swelling, etc). Since it contains steroid hence I will not advise you to use it.
2. To keep the area dry and clean.
3. Use loose cotton underwear.
4. Take plenty of oral fluids to keep your skin hydrated.
5. Check your blood glucose.
If you have any follow up query please send it.
Best wishes.
