Brief Answer:
Possible sepsis
Detailed Answer:
You could please let me know the other medicines he is on
I will also suggest a blood culture for him as soon as possible
I am assuming his meals are going through RT
So you can give him a combination of pantoprazole and domperidom
I am considering the possibility that the infection from the bedsore may have moved to the blood
A swab culture from the bed sore will also be a good idea.
Best of luck
