Brief Answer:
Take Ibuprofen and tylenol!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

What the exact cause of this pain is would be difficult to establish without an examination. For now, I will want to address the pain and relieve you of the suffering while you progressively move on to set an appointment for oral examination. A combination of Tylenol and ibuprofen at doses recommended by your pharmacist would do this.

If this fails to help, we would use more powerful medications. For that, only a doctor's prescription can be used.

In all, take pain medications and seek further examination if pain persist. cause difficult to establish without examination.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
