There are a few causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question in detail, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.
There can be many reasons of sudden onset of nose bleeds mostly it originates from blood vessels on nasal septum due to infection in nose or trauma or inflammation.
It does need a thorough checkup by an ENT specialist or atleast a GP to see from where the bleed is happening.
Night sweats can be caused by thyroid issues or infections this will need to be diagnosed by a doctor, you doctor might want to run some blood tests and other tests on you to find out the probable cause and comnection between bleed and night sweats.
In order to help you better , I would like you to give me some more information,
I will here by ask you some relevant questions to fill up the information gap.
1) Is there any history of wieght loss ?
2) Are you having diarrhea?
3) Head ache?
4) Fever ..nose block or cough?
5) Pain itching in nose?
6) Previous history or nose bleed?
7) Is the climate warm and humid at you side these days?
I would suggest you to use Nasal decongestant spray for the time being it will help to constrict your vessels and will help with bleeds till the cause is found
Waiting for your input
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
This is a natural mechanism, in humid and warm weather body tries to lose heat, for that its veins and other blood vessels expand/dilate, so that more blood comes to them and more heat from the blood is lost.
This mostly happens in skin and nose, and sometimes nose blood vessels ,being weak rupture and bleed. According to your answers this is simple nose bleed in my opinion it is not related to any other issue.
It is simple to deal with it.
1)wash your nose with cold water off and on this will keep the blood vessels to smaller size.
2) Use an over the counter Nasal decongestant spray, use it twice a day specially near the time it bleeds most. this will constrict vessels and nose bleeds will get less.
3) If it still keeps on happening then meet your ENT specialist and there are other methods of blocking those blood vessels they can be considered depending upon frequency and severity of bleed.
Don't panic this is a simple matter and can be dealt with ,easily.
I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
