Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your this query and your previous one and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
Have you done MRI scan of lumbosacral spine? If yes please send me the report...
As far as pain is concerned , it really need to be addressed with proper physical examination and investigations like MRI. As still there is no relief from pain despite 800 mg ibuprofen , there is need to step up the painkillers along with muscle relaxants .
If I am your attending physician , along with reviewing the MRI report , I will add Piroxicam beta 2 cyclodextrin two times a day along with Thiocholchicoside at night. It will really help you relieve your symptoms.
Meanwhile stay calm and avoid vigorous activity particularly bending forward, and meet your doctor on scheduled appointment.
Hope your query is adequately addressed and if you still have any feel free to ask .
Get well soon.
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
