Suggest Remedy For Trouble In Sustaining Erection While On Megalis And Duralast

Question: Hello sir. This is XXXX. Patient code C- 1906. I have been taking medicines
from 19th January 2015. Before sex I take megalis 10 and Duralast
yet I am not able to sustain erection and I fall very soon. All the medicines prescribed in the prescription I am taking on regular basis. I have sent the prescription on wats app and moreover the medicines that you have recommended can also be found out with the patient code C- 1906. The sexual profile tests have also been done and the reports must have been handed over to you by Malhotra Diagnostics.
Could you please suggest me the recommended treatment.

Malhotra diagnostics mailed me your tests report. All tests are fine except you have low sperm count, poor sperm motility and abnormal forms in sperm. I will start some multivitamins for that and will repeat test after few months.

Have you stopped alcohol and smoking? As alcohol/smoking affect erection. What is your BP now a days? It was high in your last visit, which also affect erection.

Hello sir,

Please suggest me the medicines that I have to take apart from the medicines that I have been taking (multi vitamins). Also if there is any other medicine which you would like to suggest other than megalis and duralast for my current problem of erection. Also I am worried about the size and girth of the tool. Is there any medicines to increase the size and girth of the tool.

I would also like to know for the problem of blood pressure. Do I need to take some medicines?? Also I still feel anxiety and nervous breakdown and also feel a lack in self confidence.

Hello.

For bp issues you need to monitor bp for 1 week. If it is more than 140/90 most of the time then you need to meet general physician to start treatment for high bp.

If your penis size more than 4inch in erected state then there is no need to worry.

For residual anxiety pexep cr 25mg should be taken daily in night. This is a prescription medication, so you will need to see your doctor about that when you can.

Have you stopped alcohol and smoking? As they affect erection.
