Question: I have a pain on the right side . The waist area . When I lye down it worse .

However, pain in waist area may be due to unrecognized trauma, muscle pull, bone or vertebral disorders or even something inside the abdomen. If you could describe it a bit more then I can help you better.
For now, I would recommend getting some rest, few pain killers and at least xrays of the region to exclude bony lesions.
