Brief Answer:
Looks like Dental Abscess..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complaint a bump over the gum of a broken tooth commonly occurs due to formation of a Dental Abscess that is due to infection in tooth that reaches below the root tips and there is Pus formation.

The pus gets accumulated under the gums leading to formation of bump.
When you XXXXXXX it pus and blood comes out..
You need to consult a Dentist and get evaluated, he can take an x ray to confirm the cause.
If there is a Dental Abscess then Root Canal Treatment of tooth or extraction will be planned depending on the condition of the tooth..

You can also get an x ray done and revert back to me with uploading the scan of x ray so that I can guide you how to proceed towards appropriate treatment..

Any further questions are welcome..

Regards..
