Brief Answer:
It is secondary amenorrhea

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear and thanks for your query to HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question carefully and understand your concern.

Missed periods for 7 months in a row means that you have secondary amenorrhea.
Meanwhile, since you have done so many pregnancy tests at home and have excluded pregnancy you should see a doctor (gynecologist) to determine the reason for missed periods (you've mentioned that visited doctor, please let me know the details so that I can guide you better).

Put a lot of weight with missed periods may be due to PCOS(PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome)but you should do some examination to find the reason of missed periods.

Examination you need to do are:

-Transvaginal scan to see your ovaries and inner layer of uterus
-Blood test of hormones (FSH,LH,TSH,Prolactin).

Hope I have explained your answer and please feel free for further discussion.

Best regards

Brief Answer:
You should get a transvaginal scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear back!

If you have had PCOS when you was 29 and now you refer that you have put weight and have 7 months with missed periods you should get minimally a transvaginal scan to see your reproductive organs to exclude PCOS ,because you have too much chances to have PCOS .

Blood tests to measure sex hormone levels are typically ordered, as well as:

thyroid function tests to determine how much of the thyroid hormone your body produces
fasting glucose tests to measure your blood sugar levels
lipid level tests to assess the amount of cholesterol in your blood

If you have PCOS morning after pill can't help breakthrough bleeding .

Hope I have been helpful.

Best regards
