Suggest Treatment For Anemia, Chronic Severe Constipation, Night Sweats And Occasional Dizziness
Question: I have had bowel problems for two years the past 6 months I have had severe constipation and then diahhrea lots of blood in the bowl on several occasions they said it was a hemorrhoid but my symptoms have gotten worse I am anemic feel like I have the flu at times and night sweats for the past two months not just at night sometimes during the day some dizzieness

Thanks for asking query on this forum.
Due to continuous bleeding from hemorrhoid you have become anaemic.Flu like symptoms,Night sweats dizziness fatigue etc are all because of anemia.
As you have both constipation and anemia it can be psssible that you are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.
Initially few tests should be done to rule out the location of hemorrhoids like
Digital examination of rectal canal by surgeon.
Proctoscopic examination of rectum.
Ultrasonogram abdomen.
Bleeding can be because of overstraining while passing stools.This overstraining erodes the intestinal mucosa hence causing bleed.
Colonoscopy will rule out if there is inflammatory bowel disease or colon carcinoma etc.
For symptomatic relief get your hemoglobin level checked up and start taking iron polypeptide supplements.As anemia will improve your symptoms would improve.
