Brief Answer:
Cause of anemia is G6PD deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I have gone through your all reports.
I can understand your concern.

He has G6PD deficiency. In G6PD deficiency persons, RBC are more susceptible to oxidative stress. So there is intravascular destruction of RBC. It leads to hemolytic anemia. Chloramphenicol may be the cause of acute attack.

Now onward before taking any drugs confirm with your doctor once that he has G6PD deficiency. Certain drugs should not be given in G6PD deficiency.

Hope I have answered your question.
