Brief Answer:
Use 650mg paracetamol tablets...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Prolonged use of computers and laptops has its ill effects and headache from prolonged computer use is not uncommon. Headache may be due to worsening/aggravation of previous chronic headache or due to eye problem (dry eyes / visual error).
May I know what other symptoms do you currently have?
Are you running fever? Are you vomiting with headache?
Do you frequently suffer from chronic headaches - if yes, how frequently?
Do you have past history of dry eyes, glaucoma, refractory errors?

I request you to send more information, such as answers to aforementioned questions to help me help you better.

As we continue the discussion, you can safely take paracetamol tablets in a dose of 650mg and see if that controls pain. 650mg paracetamol is available as dolo 650mg in XXXXXXX pharmacy. Check with your pharmacist. I also hope you take break for an hour or two from computer/laptop work after reading my answer.

Regards
