You can follow the below remedies:
- Proper dental hygiene. Brush and floss your teeth twice daily using fluoride toothpaste.

- Healthy diet including fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid caffeinated beverages and tobacco.

- Rinse your mouth with salt water

- Eat fruits rich in vitamin C such as guava, oranges, papaya, kiwi, strawberry etc.
You can take vitamin C tablets also for a month.

In case your symptoms persists or worsens it is best to visit a dentist for a detailed examination and treatment.
