Brief Answer:
continue pressure, apply cold compress, monitor

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The application of pressure is the main aspect of treating any bleeding area.
You may want to try applying a cold compress to the area because the cold would cause clotting to occur.

Monitor for recurrence and be careful to prevent any additional trauma to the area.

If the bleeding has occurred at a varicose vein then you may want to consider speaking to your doctor about referral for possible treatment if you have significant varicose veins.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any questions
