Suggest Treatment For Boils On Lower Body Inspite Of Having Two Courses Of Antibiotics

I have been using Neosporin powder and Mupirocin ointment as advised by you .
Pl let me know the future course of action and blood or urine examinations that should be taken to correctly identify the real cause of such . Is this because of some kind of negligence by doctors that delivered the baby.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Good to hear from you again.
I have seen the repeat pictures.
While not gone, the boils are much better now.
The antibiotics have made a difference.
Can you tell me how many days totally you took the antibiotics ?
ANd since when have the boils appeared .
I think a few more days of local application of Mupirocin ointment will clear the infection, as the boils have crusted over by now.
I had asked you to get your blood sugars checked, did you get that done ?
Also I had provided specific instructions to maintain perineal hygiene, hope those are being followed.
I do not think there is any negligence on the doctors' part, however , if the instruments used were not clean, or proper hygienic precautions for baby delivery were not followed, then such complications might result.
Proper hand washing , sterilizing instruments etc is very important while delivering a baby.
I am sure the boils will clear up in a few days, you can take a few more days of antibiotic alongwith Mupirocin cream.
Please do write back to discuss further.
