Suggest Treatment For Cancerous Lumps Found Near Clavicle

Question: Hi, Dr.
My name is XXXXXXX My son was diagnosed with cancer after testing of a lump found on or near his clavicle. My questions is: what is the most likely form of cancer associated with this area? He is currently undergoing chemotherapy. I just found this out, but he said that the cancer had been growing for about a year before he was diagnosed.
Thanks very much for your enlightenment.
A note: he is 42, had his thyroid removed about 2 years ago or less.
