Brief Answer:
C section at 37 weeks advisable
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about the cholestasis.
Your liver enzymes are high because of cholestasis which is commonly seen in pregnancy. This is relieved only after delivery. Hence your doctor is trying to deliver you early at 37 weeks to prevent cholestasis complications and threat to your life.
It is difficult to induce normal delivery early at 37 weeks and operative delivery advisable.
Let me know if you need any more help.
