Given bronchitis was seen as viral - the doctor only prescribed Mucuniex-D and plenty of rest. I do not think that you need to get apprehensive or concerned. However, I would insist for nebulization with normal saline. It will hydrate the respiratory tract and would help in diluting the cough and would thus provide relief. Steam inhalation is a good alternative of nebulization.
