Brief Answer:
Chronic malabsorption

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that you have chronic malabsorption which could be due to celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. You may try removing all wheat and wheat related products from your diet for at least a couple of weeks and see if that helps.

Take ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the fluids and salts. If the urinary frequency comes down it indicates dehydration and calls for additional supplementation of fluids. Bentyl (dicyclomine) will help only if there is a colicky pain.

Take curd or yogurt since it contains plenty of beneficial bacteria and should help. Irrespective of treatment, the loose stools may persist for a couple of days before it resolves.

Feel free to write back.
