Brief Answer:
White dots on soft palate indicating lack of oral hygiene

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and the photo you provided.
Overall, your oral mucosa changes are suggestive of oral candida infection especially if you have been using antibiotics recently.

With regards to white dots with no swollen tonsils and no other medical problem, they are due to lack in oral hygiene. Keep good oral hygiene, brush your teeth regularly. Rinse with olive oil and honey can help

All the best!
