Question: what can l use to get my menses by almost 3months now and am not pregnant.

If you are not pregnant and delayed your menses by 3 months, you should consult a Gynaecologist
And take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding or menses.

You can use Primolut- N and meprate for withdrawal bleeding.
