Question: I have been a diabetic for 50 plus years. No fat in belly or butt to put in infusion sets in any suggestions.

Thanks for your query.

I understand your concerns. But if pumps fail in you due to lack of subcutaneous fat, then pumps are not the solution for you. You have to continue with intermittent insulin injections. Supplemented by oral antidiabetics.

I am sorry I could not provide with any better alternative.
