Question: Hello sir I have done abortion 2 years back after 5 month we where planning but I m not getting pregnant even I have done iui also my all reports r normal plz help me doctor I have prasher of my family plz help me

My age is 26 ,height 5.6 ,weight 60kg I have done iui 2 times, my follicular size right ovary df1:21x15mm. Df2 36x25mm
Left ovary df 21x15mm c/o 35x35mm
12th day of cycle.sorry mam can't able to upload reports .my husband is working in night shift all day we keep relation twice a week.. I have done iui to last two month back after second iui my period are not regular its spotting few drops for 2 days on 1/1/2015 and today still same thing happen just a drops like nothing. Mam plz tell me is there any change of pregnans.I m so worryed plz help me ...

You have mentioned the follicular size on day 12.
Did ovulation ( rupture of the egg occur ) ?
Was it confirmed ?
Since you have been trying for one year now, you should have the following done -
1. Semen analysis of your husband.
2. Basic blood tests for both of you - Complete hemogram, Viral markers, TSH, Blood sugars.
3. Pap smear for you.
4. Hormonal tests on day 2 of cycle - FSH, LH, AMH.
5. Since two cycles of IUI have failed, please proceed for diagnostic laparoscopy and hysteroscopy to know if the fallopian tubes are open.
6. You can go for maximum two more cycles of IUI if the tubes are open, else IVF is the next option for you.
Take daily 5 mg per day folic acid.
