Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving
Question: For the past 5 months my cycles have been 25 to 30 days I am now on day 35 and no sign of period. I am try get pregnant but test is negative. I am worried sick my periods have stopped. I have seen fertility specialist recently who says I need to lose weight to conceive. He has done baseline bloods day 2 fsh 7.1 lh normal and esteogen normal. Please help what can be wrong. I dont want to get excited i may be pregnant to find out i am not. What are my chances please? Will my period come back naturally I am so scared I am 40 x

Read your history in detail and understand your concern.
As you are having irregular periods for last 5 months and after 35 days you did not get period and pregnancy test is negative.
Now you may take Tablet Primolut-N twice a day for 3 days and afterwards you will get period within few days.
Afterward watch your regularity of period and go for ovulation study and go for intercourse accordingly.
But as there is problem of fertility you should go for,
1. Reduction of your weight
2. Rule out thyroid
3. Rule out Diabetes
4. Rule out PCOD.
To know chances of having pregnancy there is one blood test called Serum AMH test which will give information about chances of pregnancy.

My GP says I could still be pregnant. Here are the tests he is doing tomorrow FBC ESR HBA1C SERUM U&ES LFTS CRP TSH TFT GLUCOSE FERRITIN B12 VIT D TTG LH FSH HCG. All the tests that you are getting done are to check for problems like diabetes, thyroid, vitamin D3 and B12 deficiencies, liver and kidney disorder, tuberculosis or any chronic disease etc.
Presence of such problems are known to reduce chances of conception.
If all those tests turn out to be normal, then i recommend you continue your efforts to concieve, and you will suceed in all probability. hope i addressed your querries. take care.

My fertility specialist has told me to take inofolic x

If i start take inofolic as i not had it yet will it get my period back and put me on a regular cycle. I am so worried its day 40 now and nothing x
