Brief Answer:
Most probably it is blood from hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

From what you are describing looks like you have been suffering from constipation and the blood that comes after it is more probably from hemorrhoids.

Some advises would recommend to avoid them are:
-- Drink plenty of fluids and a diet with vegetables, fruits and fibers.
-- Wash yourself after every bowel movement, because cold water helps in the area.
-- Do sit baths twice/day.
-- If you haven't done a colonoscopy the last 5 years, then you should do one to rule our other less common causes of blood in the feces, but who are important to rule out.

Take care.
