Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Weight loss is usually a sign of alarm and due workup to exclude sinister causes such as malignancy should be done. The decreased muscle strength and weakness among other symptoms that you described are likely to be related to an associated anemia or metabolic derangement. However , peripheral smear, ESR, urine and stool R/E ( routine exam), stool for occult blood, Renal function tests, Liver function tests, fasting blood sugar can be advised in consultation with your doctor to find a possible cause that could explain these symptoms. If no serious infectious, malignant and chronic abnormality is detected then multivitamins and mineral supplementation can be advised for a month to help revive your energies.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
