Brief Answer:
We need to rule out causes of transient ischemic attack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
These symptoms of dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, weakness can occur in the prodromal phase of the migraine.
If you are on treatment with migraine pills and if you are still having these symptoms then we need to rule out other causes like transient ischemic attack. The common causes that needs to be ruled out are hypotension, hypovolemia, hypoxia, hypoglycemia....

Hence I would suggest a evaluation by your general care physician by simple tests like measurement of blood pressure, blood sugars.... to rule out these causes other than migraine.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

Thank you
