Question : Hi. I have blocked ears for over 10 years. Causing dizziness, nausea and swallowing mucous all the time. Lots of suction noises in my ears and pain in bones behind my ears. Huge pressure in my head and stiffness mostly left side of my face. Can't cope anymore at this stage!

Sorry that you have suffering for so long.

Based on your symptoms, I would like to rule out mastoiditis & sinusitis

Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
# have you any discharge from your ears?
# any surgeries?
# do you have any fever?
# do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
# have you been evaluated for these problems earlier? What were the test results?
# any history of allergies or frequent colds?
# when exactly did each symptom start?

I recommend :
-a physician and ENT specialist consult
-CT scan of the head and neck. An MRI if necessary .
-blood tests (complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, kidney and liver function tests, blood glucose levels, prolactin levels, Thyroid stimulating hormone)
-urine analysis.

Based on this a treatment plan will be made.
