Brief Answer:
Cheilitis; Topical moderately potent steroid and B complex multivitamin

Detailed Answer:
Helli. Thank you for writing to us.

I have read your query and I have noted down your concern.

You seem to have a condition known as cheilitis i.e inflammation of lips.

Cause can be seasonal changes e.g dry and cold weather conditions; irritant contact dermatitis to toothpaste; multivitamin deficiency which may have exacerbated by lack of adequate hydration/ water intake.

I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream twice daily for a few days. Also take an Oral B Complex vitamin supplement once daily for a few days and you should be fine. Intake of at least 6-8 glasses of water is also advisable.

Regards
