Suggest Treatment For Dryness In Mouth

Question: I am suffering from dry mouth (dry lips amd throat ) once i wake up from bed for past 2 weeks. This gets normal once i brush my teeth. Pls advice

I recommend the following.
1) Avoid coffee or tea.
2) Avoid smoking. If you dont have this habit kindly ignore this suggestion.
3) Avoid spicy and oily foods for dinner.
4) Drink plenty of water before bedtime.
Keep a bottle of water next to bed and drink whenever you feel dryness.
5) Keep a vapourizer in bedroom to add moisture to air.
