                                            Question : I am suffering from dry mouth (dry lips amd throat ) once i wake up from bed for past 2 weeks. This gets normal once i brush my teeth. Pls advice

4) Drink plenty of water before bedtime.
Keep a bottle of water next to bed and drink whenever you feel dryness.
5) Keep a vapourizer in bedroom to add moisture to air.
