Suggest Treatment For Dull Pain In Lower Right Side Of Abdomen

Question: I have a dull achiness in my lower right abdomen. it started about a year ago and has continually gotten worse over the last year. I changed to a FODMAP diet and thought that helped for a while, but now it has gotten worse. I can basically eat white rice with vegies and not a lot at one time. If I overeat I get more pain, fatigued, emotional, nauseated. I have lost 7 lbs because eating makes me feel worse.
I have been tested for gallbladder, liver scan, pancreas scan, ovary scan, but have not had an endoscopy or colonoscopy which is scheduled for the end of October.
Is waiting until the end of October okay because I'm feeling worse all the time and don't want to lose any more weight, I only weigh 115 now.

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).
Persisitent pain in right lower abdomen which is getting worse associated with weight loss is alarming. It can be due to some inflammaotory or infective pathology or malignancy. I will advise not to wait till october end and go to ER or take appointment from other doctor for evaluation and mangement.
