Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue, Headaches And Nausea
i was just looking up the symptoms of extreme fatigue (& falling asleep while i was doing it!), headaches, nausea on & off, brain fog, etc - have come across a couple of things. What do you suggest? (Have been to Dr, had sleep test - minor sleep apnoea, has said i need to lose weight which i am doing). The tiredness just seems very unusual (I have always been overweight).
thanks, XXXX

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Although it has not been mentioned that this level of 44 is fasting or PP nevertheless this is a very low reading and a person with this level would not be walking and talking coherently.
In fact one starts getting hypoglycemic ( low blood sugar levels ) symptoms the moment level starts falling below 60,but if you are pretty fine with these levels, then doubts start creeping in.
You don't have to worry for this and no need to go to ER,if there is no problem and no symptoms and moreover this report was of last week and hence of no cause for worry.
I would advise you to get your blood sugar levels checked up again on few occasions and then we can discuss about it.
I hope it helps however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Lack of iron and VIT B12
Lack of calcium,VIT D,Zinc etc
Medical condition like hypothyroidism etc.
You must discuss with your doctor about this and get investigated on these lines.
Once the diagnosis is made treatment would become easy.
