Suggest Treatment For Extremely Painful White Sore Under Tongue

aphthous ulcers, traumatic ulcer, topical medication
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the soreness below the tongue and floor of the mouth, i have two possibilities.
It can be because of the aphthous ulcer or traumatic ulcer, this can result in severe pain and burning sensation in the tongue and floor of the mouth.
The other possible cause can be any stone in the salivary gland duct, which has done damage to the mucosa in the floor of the mouth. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
Meanwhile you can use topical analgesic like choline salicyate and topical anesthetic like lignocaine. Do saline gargling. The lesion may heal in 5days.
These are the possible diagnosis and treatment plan, based on the description of the lesion by yourself.
If you can upload the images, i can give exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope my answer will help you, take care. If any queries are there, reply me back.
