Suggest Treatment For Fecal Impaction

Question : Im 20 yrs old, i have had 2 surgeries for ovarian cyst related problems (and suffer with endemetriosis)and have been suffering with adhesions for 5 years now, in constant pain, vomiting, cant eat properly..it has now gotten to the point where it has affected my bowel function severely, had a small obstruction and a bleed 7 months ago, and i al on a laxative routine everyday. Sometimes the laxative routine will not work and i can go up to a XXXXXXX of 3 weeks without a bowel movement, if i dont take laxatives bowels will just not work. excercising does nothing to help, stretching the stomach makes pain worse. 2 days ago i had extreme stabbing pain on my left side, and my belly becAme dystended on the left specifically. Before the pain started i had dhiarrea for 3 days, with no proper bowel movement in a week. My doctor took an xray that showed that i was severely impacted. She told me to take an enema which i did, but the enema only made me have diarrhea no proper stool movement again. Im always at risk for another obstruction but i am being referred to a surgeon at some point this year(dont know when, doctors are being very slow with my situation) to see what is the best way to deal with these adhesions as they are just making me sicker and sicker, but right now i need to know what to do, if to go to the ER and let them decide how to deal with my current situation at the current moment?
