Brief Answer:
Folliculitis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have taken a look at these images. They are suggestive of folliculitis. Most folliculitis often follows shaving. I don't know if you had any such procedures recently.

They generally do not require antibiotics unless otherwise complicated. Cleansing them daily with an antiseptic, keep the area airy and dry would help accelerate healing. should a complication set in, it would be in the form of an abscess, cellulitis, etc. This presents with swelling, pain, redness, fever, etc. This requires examination, testing and antibiotics for management.

From the images you have presented, there is nothing life threatening for now. Should any of the symptoms of a possible complication set in, please visit a hospital facility as soon as possible for evaluation and treatment.

I hope that this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
