Suggest Treatment For Frequent Dizziness When On Anxiety Medication
Question: My wife is 76 yrs.of age. Played tennis for 40 years until knee and back probs 8 or so years ago. Gained weight but has lost 21 obs. Takes a number of med for anxiety: Imipramine, Limotrigene, Neurontin. They have been rather successful. In last 12 to 18 months she has developed frequent to occasional falls usually precipitated by a sudden dizzyness and forward acceleration from which she cannot slow down until she falls. Her psychiatrist does not believe prob rests with the meds. We are most concerned. I do not want a monthly membership for this.
