Suggest Treatment For Frequent Ectopic Beats

Question: 27 y/o with hx of svt (ablated in 2006), pvc as seen on holtor and event monitors
currently today having frequent pvcs or "ectopic beats" as I can feel them. Symtoms are rhythmic skipping every other beat or every three beats for a few minutes then goes away then comes back. Last monitor showed some episodes of bi and trigeniny but electrophysiologist didn't do anything about it?
my last echo was 2012 and "normal". B/p currently 116/70 pulse is 85 ( per wrist b/p cuff)
currently take 50 mg l abetalol bid for Palps have been on it over two years.
I have read more than 6 pvcs per minute are dangerous? is this true? also should I be concerned? when to seek er care for ectopic heart beats pvcs?

Here are my suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Well there is not a specific number of PVCs which are dangerous and we may not be sure if you are skipping a beat..having an svt or it is PvC.
but yes as you have it for a long time there are bright chances that you are detecting PVCs.
I would suggest you to take your daily dose of medicine and wait for two hours till .
Meanwhile take a salt replacement drink as well without caffein.
Keep a check on number of palpitation and pulse. If it gets better..Well and good otherwise contact a nearby ER and get an ECG done.
Then the doctors there will decide what problem are you having is it dangerous or not.
You don't have to rush immediately to E.R in my opinion.
I hope things get better soon.
