I did blood and urine culture and there is no growth.when I wake up in the morning my urine is very yellowish. I always feel the urge to drink and when I do I immediately feel the urge to urinate .i also wake up in between sleep to urinate two to three time at night.
What is likely to be my problem with my previous reported problem
there are some potential diagnoses
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can't identify any particular issue to your description but I have some thoughts which may be helpful towards the investigation of your condition.
- anxiety is a very common cause of frequent urination.
- diabetes is another cause which also causes thirst and perhaps weight loss. If the blood sugar is high during the night, frequent visits to the WC are common.
- renal disease: it can - sometimes - present with night time urination.
- enlarged prostate: I've read somewhere that you're 29 years old, so if this is true, the enlarged prostate is out of the question.
- urinary tract infections: a negative culture does not exclude infection but it makes it unlikely. If both the urinalysis and the culture are negative though, then the infectious cause has to be abandoned.
- urinary tract stones or growths: when any part of the urinary tract gets obstructed, pain is usually the main symptom but frequent urination is common when the stone or growth is on the lower urinary tract.
- drugs: diuretics and substances with diuretic action like caffeine. Caffeine is contained not only in coffee but also in tea, colas and various "energy" drinks.
So, in conclusion you can do some basic tests to find out about the aforementioned causes. Urea, creatinine, urinalysis, blood glucose and a urinary tract ultrasound scan should suffice to exclude them.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
You can contact me again, if you'd like any clarification or further information.
Kind Regards!

Detailed Answer:
Please clarify this for me. How high is your temperature? Persistent fever requires a careful assessment and a lot of lab tests! The rest of the symptoms could have been attributed to anxiety - and I suppose that your doctor thought so too -but fever is not normal and requires investigation.
I'll be waiting for your answer.

It has nothing to do with cardiomyopathy
Detailed Answer:
I'm a little surprised by your answer. First of all, cardiomyopathy is a chronic condition that may have to do with low energy but it has nothing to do with your fever. If you had a serious cardiomyopathy then I'm sure that there wouldn't be two different evaluations from two cardiologists, so I guess that this isn't the cause of your low energy.
Fever (particularly such a high one) requires thorough investigation. It can be caused by too many conditions to mention them all here. I don't understand your doctors' attitude towards your case. Perhaps you've done some tests already? Can you inform me about the results?
