Brief Answer: Kindly provide your detailed history Detailed Answer: Hi, I appreciate your concern for your health. Mild splenomegaly can be due to various causes. It can be due to infections like Enteric fever, Acute Malaria, Infective Endocarditis or may be associated with liver disorders or blood disorders. Watch for symptoms like fatigue, fever, loss of appetite, jaundice, pain abdomen, nausea, vomiting or any bleeding. Mild splenomegaly can be associated with no symptoms or can cause fatigue, anemia, feeling of pain or fullness in left upper abdomen. Take adequate rest. Take small frequent meals. Avoid spicy and fried food. So I would be able to guide you better, if you provide me your detailed history along with any blood investigations or ultrasound, if you have. You can screen and attach them. Hope it helps. Please feel free to ask, in case of any query. Dr.Kavita Paul
