Brief Answer:
Hemorrhoid, abscess or benign lesion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of it so I can give more precise answer? Does it hurt?
Lump near anus can be a hemorrhoid, benign soft tissues lesion (like cyst or polyp) or an abscess.
Hemorrhoid is usually attached to anus verge. It can be painless and soft. Some bleeding after passing stool can be present. Itching around anus is also characteristic for hemorrhoid.
Benign lesion is usually not attached to anus verge. It can be also painless and soft. Bleeding does not appear.
Abscess is usually painful lump. Swelling and redness can appear as well as some discharge.

This is the best answer I can give without seeing it.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Hello thank you. It's very hard to take a picture of it . I had unprotected sex in November could that have something to do with it?

Brief Answer:
It has nothing to do with the intercourse 4 months ago.

Detailed Answer:
I do not think it may have any connection with an intercourse 4 months ago. It would appear much earlier after the intercourse.
If you are unable to attach a picture, the best you can do is to show it to dermatologist.

Brief Answer:
Bladder infection can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Lower abdomen is where bladder is located. In case of its infection, pain is present on both sides. Lack of burning while urinating does not rule it out.

I suggest you to have urine analysis done at first. If no infection will be found, gynecologist consult is the next step. Ovaries or uterine inflammation can also act like that. Transvaginal ultrasound should be considered.

Regards.

Greenish discharge means an infection

Greenish discharge is really characteristic for an infection. So go for urine analysis and consult gynecologist.
