Have Not Got My Periods Yet. Haven't Had Intercourse. Have Clear Watery Discharge With Spots Of Blood. Recommendations?

I was wondering if you could help me. My last period was 28/04/2013 - 05/05/2013.

I am supposed to be on my period this month but i have not. I haven't had intercourse since february.

For the last 5 days I have had this dark brown, watery discharge that turned into the clear watery discharge with spots of blood.

Could you please tell me if anything is wrong?

Thank You in advance,

Kind Regards

Hi

It seems that you had slight spotting for periods this time. It can be due to many causes like uterine inflammation, hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, some medicines, etc.

You may visit the gynecologist to find the cause. She may do a pregnancy test first to rule out pregnancy as it is the most common cause. She may run a few more tests to figure out the cause. The tests can include blood tests, pap smear, ultrasound, etc. Since you did get spotting you may not need hormonal withdrawal bleed.
