Brief Answer:
You are most likely to be having frozen shoulders

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic for posting your query

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern.
You are most likely to be having frozen shoulders. In this condition there is restricted movements of shoulder joints along with pain specially during night. Its treatment is analgesic such as Tylenol (you are already taking) / ibuprofen and mobilisation exercises of shoulder. It may take many months to resolve.
Second possibility is arthritis of shoulder joints. It can be confirmed by x rays. Analgesic can be taken for pain relief. Glucosamine can be useful in slowing of degenerative changes and to some extent repair of it.

Your main concern is heart attack. By your description it is unlikely to be heart pain as it is on both sides and there is no associated symptoms such as chest pain, breathlessness and sweating etc. However you may go through excercise stress test in which exercises induced ECG changes are read.

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
