can anxiety raise blood pressure. what are some things i can try to help anxiety. i just got off an antidepressant 2 weeks ago and still going thru withdrawl that i never want to use again. i seen on dr oz where a stress relief inhaler would help and someone told me about this natural calm powder to mix up in water that helps. do u know anything about these

Yes, anxiety can also raise blood pressure. Eating healthy and doing more physical activity can help you control anxiety.

Psychotherapy is another alternative to consider. I usually advise to take herbal supplementation for stress/anxiety containing chamomile, valeriana or aloe vera, etc.

The stress relief inhaler consists of herbal mixture with the same effect of oral supplementation (part of aromatherapy). You can try and see what benefits you can get from it.

i was told that since i have hayfever and am allergic to ragweed then i shouldnt use chamomile or passionflower because it will cause allergic reaction. is this true?

Yes it's true if you are allergic to ragweed you shouldn't drink chamomile or passionflower because their use may be associated with allergic reaction to.

My recommendation is avoid their use.
