Varicose veins, space infection, haematoma,medication
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the inflamed veins you are describing is concerned I have the following possibilities. It can be varicose vein or a sublingual vein which has become prominent secondary to space infection(spread of infection from a tooth or gums to involve floor of the mouth). The other possible cause can be a haematoma since you are taking blood thinners.
Nothing to be panic, you need to consult an oral physician or ER and get it evaluated. Mean while you can start with a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole combination ( if you are not allergic).
For better diagnosis please upload the images of your oral cavity. I hope I have answered your query. if you have any queries reply me back. take care.
