> Foods that should help include:
- Boiled potatoes
- Toast

AVOID:
- Milk, butter, ice cream, and cheese
- fatty food
- Alcohol and caffeine drinks
- Foods that cause excess gas like cabbage, beans, broccoli, and cauliflower
