Brief Answer:
clogged sweat glands.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

Commonly, the lumps on labia are caused by sweat glands which have been blocked; the sweat then can’t escape and a lump is formed.

These tend to occur along lines of friction, especially where trousers rub.

The other causes of lumps on labia could be Sebaceous cysts or Bartholin cysts.

It would be treated depending on whether you have any pain, itching, discharge in the lump.

Don’t pick or squeeze these lumps. This might cause an abscess.

The proper diagnosis depends on physical examination of the lumps. If possible, kindly upload the images.

Your local gynecologist will help in further management.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
